Sia has wonderful design skills, great business sense and gives tenacious attention to important details. Educated as a Landscape Architect, Sia has turned her design skills towards maximizing a home’s market appeal.
She recently sold her own investment property in Burlington for a whopping $353 per s.f. - the highest per square foot sale on record! She can’t promise every home will garner those numbers…but she does promise to show her clients how to maximize the value of their property.
When she was Director of the Ethel Walker School Annual Fund, Sia was instrumental in a highly successful $850,000+ annual campaign. Talk about tenacious!
Married and the mother of 2 grown children, Sia has been an active community volunteer and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Farmington River Watershed Association. She’s also served on the Region 10 School District Building Committee, Grants Distribution committee for Main Street Community Foundation in Bristol and was Co-Chair of the James A. Parker Fund Grants Distribution Committee.
