Recognized in June 2011 by "Hartford Magazine" for outstanding real estate sales, Linda brings a background of premier, high level advertising experience and over 20 years as a licensed appraiser ! Her excellent sales record can be attributed to strong negotiating skills, abounding resourcefulness and a genuine concern for those whom she represents.
She has been Vice President and New Homes Division Director for one of Connecticut's largest real estate firms, responsible for developing the market vision and supervising the sales agents' efforts for over 52 New Home Subdivisions. She has also worked as a consultant to real estate developers during the crucial early stages of their endeavors, for banks and as a court recognized expert witness on Connecticut land values.
A resident of Burlington for 42 years, Linda is the mother of 3 grown children, and an enthusiastic participant in community service. She has served as Chairman of the Burlington Committee on Open Space, was previously elected to 2 four year terms on the Region 10 School Board (towns of Harwinton & Burlington), serving as 2 years as Chairman, and was Chairman of the 1989 Burlington Charter Commission.
